Kistler unveils new process monitoring system for injection moulding

Kistler is launching its latest process monitoring system, the ComoNeo, at Fakuma. The system, which allows quality testing integrated into the injection moulding process, excludes faulty parts from the production process before they cause unnecessary costs. The ComoNeo is said to “break new ground” in the development of hardware as well as integrated monitoring software. This includes intuitive design of the display system, which has a touchscreen operation, increased number of channel inputs and digitial outputs, as well as a ‘dashboard’ giving an overview of all process data in a given moulding process.
